PRICE OF SERVICES/PLANS, FORMS OF PAYMENT AND BILLING.

For the provision of service/hosting plan that gives rise to this contract the customer must pay in advance Corpresa Hosting price for each service/hosting plan determined at www.corpresa.com. In any case, the customer, who is listed as such on the record is responsible for paying bills even when a third party to intervene on behalf of the client, so the responsibility to provide the authentication data to a third party is only on the client.

The amounts mentioned in www.corpresa.com are subject to taxes on their part.

Corpresa Hosting won't conduct any operation on the request until it has received payment thereof. Consider the payment when the bank is credited.

Corpresa Hosting is not responsible for problems arising from the impossibility of identifying the payment by the customer. (not the domain of the order indicating that the bank did not identify correctly, etc).

Payment is necessarily at the official currency of the country, where contact with Corpresa Hosting.

Payment for services/hosting plans is frequency monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual or bi-annual service according to customer's choice in the form of contract.

The payment will be made in advance through bank transfer, debit, credit card or Paypal.

Payments made to Corpresa Hosting for any of the contracted services will not be disbursed unless Corpresa Hosting could not provide the contracted service or if it is within the trial period of 30 days. The voluntary resignation, or disconnection from the Corpresa Hosting service plan by any of these conditions of use will not result in a disbursement of Corpresa Hosting.

If for any reason, outside Corpresa Hosting, customers pay an amount greater than the amount stipulated in the contract or renewal of a service, the extra amount will not be refunded in any case, leaving that amount in trust for future recruitments or renewals.

CHANGE OF PLANS AND USE OF RESOURCES.

Client who has hired a service plan to stay with Corpresa Hosting can switch to another Corpresa hosting plan either features, applications and resources in excess of the service plan that provides or less.

If change is to a higher plan features, resources and applications will generate a credit for the amount paid and not being deducted from the price to be paid by the new service plan contract.

If change is to a plan/service of less features, resources and applications will not be entitled to any refund, arguing that the service was canceled initially hired prior to its completion.

Corpresa Hosting provide technical assistance concerning the operation of the services/plans contracted by the client. Existing techniques to incidents which Corpresa Hosting may also assist. Do not provide technical support in the following cases:

- Issues relating to configuration and use of services offered by third parties unrelated to Corpresa Hosting. Issues relating to these services should contact the provider of the service.
- Issues relating to the installation scripts or running scripts installed by the customer's account. These issues must be addressed directly to the seller or developer of the script.
- Our team will provide technical assistance on the modification of programming code or scripts that were not created by Corpresa Hosting. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
